广东地方水稻品种营养品质分析及其生态地理分布研究

摘　　要：以广东省112个市(县)为基本单位,利用GIS平台软件分析研究了广东地方稻种资源营养品质的生态地理分布结果表明,西南稻作区蛋白质和赖氨酸含量相对高于广东其他地区;中南稻作区高蛋白或低蛋白含量、高赖氨酸或低赖氨酸含量的水稻品种资源出现频率都较高,各级种质的蛋白质含量均十分丰富,说明该稻作区的各级资源营养品质的含量均十分丰富,是高营养品质水稻育种和生产的较佳区域。Taken 112 cities（counties） in Guangdong province as basic unit,the geographical distribution of nutrient quality of Guangdong local rice germplasm were studied by using GIS.The results showed that the contents of protein and lysine of rice germplasm in the rice zone of southwest Guangdong were higher than those in other rice zone of Guangdong.Germplasm with high or low protein,lysine content mostly distributed in rice zone of central-south Guangdong,were relatively high in Guangdong rice resources.It＇s beneficial to high quality rice breeding and production in rice zone of central-south Guangdong.
