摘　　要：转红色荧光蛋白基因唐鱼(转基因唐鱼)为2003年中国水产科学研究院珠江水产研究所自主研发的转基因观赏鱼。结合养殖转基因唐鱼的经验,对转基因唐鱼水质条件、营养需求、人工繁殖、受精卵孵化、幼体培育以及日常管理等方面作了详细介绍,旨在为转基因唐鱼的人工繁育和大规模推广提供基础资料。The transgenic tanichthys albonubes expressing the red fluorescent protein was developed independently by Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute（PRFRI）,Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences.In this paper,on the basis of authors＇ experience of culturing transgenic tanichthys albonubes,water quality conditions,nutritional requirement,artificial propagation,fertilized egg hatching,larval culture and daily management of transgenic tanichthys albonubes were described in detail,in order to provide basic data on artificial propagation and large-scale application of transgenic tanichthys albonubes.
