中药菟丝子中总黄酮含量的荧光分析

摘　　要：以槲皮素为标准品,用荧光分光光度法测定了中药材菟丝子中总黄酮含量。结果表明,该方法的检出限为2.51×10-7 g/L,线性回归方程为y=531.84048x-3.54448,R2=0.99903,线性范围在6.7×10-6～6×10-4 g/L之间;菟丝子中总黄酮的平均含量0.4727 mg/g,样品测定的RSD为1.9514%,平均回收率为89.24%。表明该方法操作简便、准确度高,可用于中药材菟丝子的质量控制。Quercetin was used as standard material to establish a new method for determining total flavanoid in Semen cuscutae.The results showed that the detectioning limit was 2.51×10-7 g/L,the range of linearity with concentration of Quercetin was between 6.7×10-6~6×10-4 g/L,linearity relationship was y=531.84048x-3.54448,R2=0.99903.The average amount of total flavanoid in Semen cuscutae was 0.4727 mg/g,RSD was 1.9514%,the extracting rate of the flavones was 89.24%.It is simple and accurate method to determine total flavanoid in Semen cuscutae with spectrofluorophotometer.The new method can be used for quality control of chinese medicinal plant Semen cuscutae.
