自贡市46个重点工业建设项目职业病危害评价分析

摘　　要：目的通过对自贡市重点工业建设项目职业病危害评价资料进行系统分析总结,揭示自贡市主要工业新、改、扩建设项目职业病危害的行业特点、危害因素种类、危害程度和控制情况,并提出有效防控建议。方法收集已经评价的46个建设项目评价报告,通过科学、系统分析,拟对行业分布、危害性分类、职业病危害因素种类、职业病危害因素检测结果分析等内容和数据进行逐一统计、比较、分析。结果 46个工业建设项目中有37个项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,占80.43%;职业病危害一般的建设项目9个,占19.57%。主要职业病危害因素有化学性有害因素、物理危害因素及粉尘3大类共112种。检测合格率分别为96.71%、87.35%、86.32%。结论 3大类职业病危害因素普遍存在于自贡市重点建设项目中,职业病危害严重的项目达80%以上;职业病危害因素涉及面最广的是噪声,种类最复杂的是各类化学毒物。Objective To explore features and categories of risk factors,the hazard degree and control situation of the new,changing or expand projects in the major industry in Zigong,put forward some effective measures.Methods 46 evaluated projects were collected,contents of industrial distribution,hazard classification,types of occupational hazards and detection results were analyzed and compared.Results In 46 industry projects of basic construction,37 projects belonged to the serious projects for occupational diseases,occupying 80.43%;9 projects belonged to the general harmful projects for occupational diseases,occupying 19.57%.46 projects were divided into 3 categories,including 112 kinds of risk factors covered from chemical,physical factors and dust,which qualified rates of them were 96.71%,87.35% and 86.32%.Conclusion 3 categories of occupational risk factors widely exist in the major projects.The serious occupational disease projects account for above 80%.Noise is the most widely affected factor;chemical poisons are the most complex occupational risk factors.
