摘　　要：目的建立活血缓释微丸中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定活血缓释微丸中天麻素的含量,检测波长为221 nm。结果天麻素浓度在4.75～28.50μg/m l范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,平均回收率为99.69%,RSD为1.60%。结论本方法简便可行,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为活血缓释微丸中天麻素的含量测定方法。Objective To establish a method for determining gastrodin in Huoxue sustained-release pellets.Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to determine gastrodin in Huoxue sustained-release pellets.Detection wavelength was 221 nm.Results When gastrodin was in the range of 4.75-28.50 μg/ml,peak area had a good linear regression,r=0.999 7,the average recovery rate was 99.69%,RSD was 1.60%.Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible for the determination of gastrodin in detection of Huoxue sustained-release pellets by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.
