摘　　要：目的：分析显微外科手术对于手指血管球瘤的治疗价值。方法：对本院收治的13例手指血管球瘤患者于术前、术后分别进行痛感评估、外观评估以及功能评估，将评估结果进行对比。结果：术前患者的痛感评估及功能评估与术后两项评估结果对比具有统计学显著差异性，P〈0．01；术后外观评估分数略有上升，但不具有统计学差异性，P〉0．05；随访期间无复发病例报告。结论：显微外科手术治疗手指血管球瘤具有疗效确切，术后恢复情况良好，不易复发的优势。Objective Analyze the effect of microsurgery for treatment of glomus tumor finger. Methods Did respective assessment for 13 patients treated in our hospital with fingers glomus tumor on pain, appearance and functional before and after surgery, compared the assessment results. Results The comparison of two assessment results of preoperative evaluation of patients with pain and functional assessment and postoperative assessment are with statistically significant difference, P 〈 0.01 ; Postoperative appearance of the assessment scores increase slightly, but it is with not statistically difference, P 〉 0.05 ; There are no recurrence during fallow - up report. Conclusions Micresurgical treatment of glomus tumor of the fingers is with the advantage of effective, recovered well after surgery, less recurrence.
