总核苷酸法测定三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液中三磷酸胞苷二钠的含量

摘　　要：目的：为了解决三磷酸胞苷二钠不稳定。对照品难以控制的问题，建立一种不需要对照品的三磷酸胞苷二钠注射液含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。以用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂（C18—4：水性柱）；检测波长280hm：以0．2mol／L磷酸盐缓冲液-甲醇（96：4）为流动相；柱温30℃。结果：此法可使三磷酸胞苷二钠与二磷酸胞苷二钠、一磷酸胞苷二钠得到非常好的分离。HPLC法与电泳法比较，一致性良好。结论：本法操作简便、快速、准确。适用于本制剂的质量控制。objective：to establish a new method forCytidine Disodium Tripbesphate in Cytidine Disodium Triphosphate Injection. No need standard of crP, method：using Waters HPLC , column： C18 （water）, detected at 280nm, column temperature at 30℃ ;the mobile phase was a mixture of methanol - 0.2mol/l phosphare buffer solution（4：96）, the flow rate was 1.0ml. rain. Result ：CTP. CDP and CMP was separated better, the method was better than electrophorasis,incoherence, conclusion：this method is simple and reproducible, the analytical result were reliable and accurate.
