运动疗法结合温针灸治疗颞颌关节紊乱综合症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨颞颌关节紊乱综合症的有效治疗手段。方法：采用运动疗法结合温针灸治疗34例颞颌关节紊乱综合症患者（治疗组），与局部封闭治疗29例（对照组）作临床观察。结果：治疗组有效率88．24％，对照组有效率58．62％；治疗组治愈率55．88％，对照组治愈率24．14％。两组有效率、治愈率组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：温针灸结合运动疗法治疗颞颌关节素乱综合症疗效较理想。Objective ：To explore the effective treatment of Disturbance Syndrome of Temporo Mandibular Joint （DSTMJ）. Methods：34 cases of DSTMJ were treated by exercise therapy combining with the warming needling therapy（ group ）, and the local blocking therapy in treating 29 patients（ control group）for clinical observation. Results ： treatment group and control group were respectively 88.24% ,58.62%, cure rate of treatment group and control were respectively 55.88%, 24. 14%. efficient and cure rate of Two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： the warming needling treat DSTMJ with exercise therapy is an ideal effect.
