摘 要:通过向萃余煤中添加黏结剂,按正交试验在设定条件下加压成型,炭化制备得到平板状炭膜,初步探讨了七个因素对炭膜孔隙率的影响,根据极差分析结果确定出最佳工艺条件。借助比表面积孔径测定仪对孔结构进行表征,结果表明,成型压力对炭膜的孔隙率影响最大,炭化终温保持时间的影响最小;最高孔隙率为23.29%;以中孔为主,孔径集中分布在20~300觷A。Through adding binder and pressing to molding,the residue was made into plate-shaped carbon mem-brane after carbonization under different conditions via orthogonal experiments.The effect of carbonization con-ditions was studied about seven conditions on porosity.The optimum condition was determined on the basis of the range analysis.The porosity parameters were analyzed using a specific surface area and pore size analyzer.The results showed that the effect of molding pressure on porosity was greatest while the effect of final holding time was minimum;the highest porosity was 23.29 %;most pores of carbon membrane were mesopores,and mainly distributed in the range of 20~300 .
