摘　　要：目的:建立护理质量评价指标,为ICU护理质量的横向、纵向评价提供科学、有效的工具。方法:采用三维质量结构的评价模式确立备选指标;用Delphi法对30位专家进行两轮咨询。结果:确定了以要素质量、环节质量、终末质量3大类指标为结构且具有层次的评价指标,包括3个一级指标、22个二级指标和77个三级指标。结论:确立了ICU护理质量的评价指标。Objective： To evaluate nursing care quality ~of ICU by setting up and implementing three-dimensional structure evaluation system. Methods： Alternative indicators were selected by using an evaluation model of three-dimension quality structure. Two rounds of consultation were conducted on 30 experts by Delphi method. Results： We confirmed a layered evaluation system with three major categories of indicators, including structure quality, process quality, and outcome quality. There were 3 level one items, 22 level two items, and 71 level three items. Conclusion： We established indicators system of nursing care quality evaluation in ICU and it can be spread in ICU nursing care management.
