摘　　要：目的:探讨前瞻性护理质量管理模式在规避风险、改善护理质量、减少护理缺陷等方面的作用。方法:选择开展连续性排班模式的6个科室,实行护士分层级管理,明确各层级的职责及其关系;调整临床护士工作模式;规范护理工作流程、建立临床护理三级质控体系,预防护理不良事件的发生,减少失误。结果:2010年各项基础护理质量指标较2009年明显改善,护理质量评分有显著性差异。结论:前瞻性护理质量管理模式的应用,能充分发挥护士的潜能,使患者得到细致、安全、专业的护理服务,有效减少护理缺陷的发生,对保证护理质量起着极其重要的作用。Objective： To explore the effect of prospective nursing quality management model on risk avoidance, nursing quality improVement and nursing defect reduction. Method：The nursing hierarchy management model was applied in 6 units that carried out consecutive shift arrangement.We identified nursing responsibility and authority of every level, modified clinical nursing work mode and established nursing procedure and guideline of three levels quality controlling system.Nursing quality was compared by nursing defect rate before and after applying prospective nursing quality management model. Results：There was significant improvement in basic nursing quality in 2010 compared with that in 2009. Conclusion：The application of prospective nursing quality management model could fully arouse nurses＇ potential, provide the patients attentive, safe, professional nursing service, reduce nursing defect and play an important role in nursing quality management.
