腰大池持续引流在脑脊液外漏中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰大池持续引流术治疗外伤性脑脊液漏的疗效,总结治疗经验。方法:回顾48例腰大池引流治疗病例的临床资料,患者年龄15～72岁。结果:43例(90%)患者脑脊液漏完全治愈,1例(2%)合并颅内感染,2例(4%)复发行颅骨修补术,2例(4%)重型损伤死亡,结论:持续腰大池闭式引流是临床上较为简洁,安全,有效的治疗方法。Objective： To discuss the healing effect and experience of continued lumbar drainage of cerebral spinal fluid in treatment of eight cases with the therapy of Continual drainage through subarachnoid cavity were reviewed. The ages of the patients ranged from 15 to 72 years. Results： forty - three cases （ 90% ） were completely cured, one case （2%）with intracranial infeion,two cases （ 4% ） with cranioplastybecause of relapse, two cases（4% ）with death because of Craniocerebral injury. Conclusion： ontinued lumbar drainage of cerebral spinal fluid is effectual, succinct and secure treatment method in clinical.
