苯甲酸雌二醇联合卡孕栓在绝经后取环中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨苯甲酸雌二醇及卡孕栓在绝经妇女取环术中的临床观察。方法:将120例要求取环的绝经妇女随机分观察组和对照组,观察组60例,取器前3天每天肌注苯甲酸雌二醇2mg,取器前1小时宫颈口放置卡孕栓;对照组60例取器前未使用任何药物,观察两组宫颈软化扩张情况,取器时间及取器效果。结果:观察组用药后宫颈软化扩张情况、取器效果均优于对照组,取器时间短于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:绝经妇女取环前肌注苯甲酸雌二醇可软化宫颈,取器前放置卡孕栓可扩张宫颈口,缩短手术时间,减少受术者痛苦,提高取器成功率。Objective：To investigate the clinical observation of Benzyl Estradlol and MethylCarboprost - NEGPF combined to postmenopausal women oftaking contraceptive ring. Methods ：120 patients of postmeno- pausal women in the hospital to get contraceptive ring out were randomly divided into two groups, observed group and control group ,observed group of 60 patients per day 3 days before taking the IUD, Benzyl Estra- diol injected 2mg, 1 hour before taking the IUD, cervix port placed Methyl Carboprost - NEGPF; the control group 60 patients did not take any medication before operation, to observe the expansion state of the cervix to soften, expended time and the effects. Results ： Observation group after treatment, the cervical dilatation and softening and the effect of take out the IUD was better than the control group, expended time shorter than the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The postmenopausal injected Estradiol Benzoate before taking out the IUD, can soften the cervix, Methyl Carboprost - NEGPF be placed can e expand cervix port, shorten the operation time, reduce the operative pain and improving the success rate of operation.
