摘  要:目的开展浦东机场蚊虫监测和携带病原体检测,为世博会蚊媒传染病的预警和蚊虫控制提供技术保障。方法 CO2法、刺叮法、集卵器、捞勺法和RT-PCR。结果 CO2法监测,致倦库蚊和淡色库蚊是候机楼周边的优势蚊种,活动为4-11月,有6月和10月2个高峰,工作区周边以三带喙库蚊为优势种,活动高峰在8月,其次为白纹伊蚊,活动高峰为9月;用人诱停落法监测成蚊,白昼为白纹伊蚊,刺叮为0~8次/(人.30 m in),夜间为库蚊和按蚊,8月刺叮高达50次/(人.30m in);诱卵器法,工作区周边阳性率高于候机楼周边,最高为9月份,诱卵指数为16.6,候机楼周边诱卵指数为2~10;蚊幼孳生地监测,候机楼周边10月最高,阳性率为33.3%,工作区周边阳性率为10.0%~56.8%;采用RT-PCR技术,开展了蚊虫携带西尼罗热、流行性乙脑、登革热和基孔肯雅热的病原体的检测,检测结果均为阴性。结论 CO2法、刺叮法、集卵器和捞勺法的应用,对机场口岸常见蚊虫的出现、数量、种群趋势和潜在危害起到了监测和预测的效果,克服了蚊虫单一监测方法带来的影响,使蚊虫的预警在既要预知不同控制措施和策略所得到的效果,也为控制决策和虫媒病的管理提供信息支撑。Objective To develop the distribution investigation and pathogens testing for mosquitoes during 2010 EXPO.Methods Using carbon dioxide method,biting method,setting the egg apparatus method and fishing spoon method,RT-PCR.Results Carbon dioxide method,Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus and Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species around the terminal,activity period from April to November,with June and October were two peaks.Culex tritaeniorhynchus dominated the work zone and its periphery whose activities reached climax in August followed by Aedes albopictus whose activities reached pinnacle in September.Through man trapping method monitoring the adult mosquitoes,the data indicated that daytime specie was Aedes albopictus,sting rate 0-8 times/(person·30 min),nighttime species were Culex and Anopheles.In August sting peaks reached 50 times per person for 30 min;seting the egg apparatus method,the positive rate in the working zone area was higher than that of the periphery of the airport terminal,which peaked in September.Oviposition index was 16.6,oviposition index of the surrounding terminal was 2-10;fine breeding ground for mosquito surveillance,the highest in October around the terminal,the positive rate was 33.3%,around the work area positive rate was 10.0%-56.8%;By adopting RT-PCR technique,we carried out the detection of West Nile fever,epidemic encephalitis B,dengue fever and chikungunya pathogens carried by mosquitoes,which indicated negative results.Conclusion The consorted applications of carbon dioxide method,biting method,setting the egg apparatus method and fishing spoon method,not only make the monitoring and detection of the appearance,amount,species development as well as the potential hazards of common mosquitoes be possible but also overcome the disadvantages of utilizing only one single method.Make mosquitoes in both to predict the warning different control measures and strategies have been effect,also for control decision-making and insect vectors disease management provide information s
