摘　　要：目的观察软聚硅酮保湿敷料在PICC穿刺局部的临床效果。方法 2010年1月至2011年1月在四川省人民医院行PICC置管患者共计120例,按置管顺序随机分为两组(各60例),实验组置管后予以棉球压迫并予软聚硅酮保湿敷料覆盖,对照组置管后予以棉球压迫并予透明敷贴覆盖。结果实验组优于对照组(P>0.05)。差异有统计学意义。结论软聚硅酮保湿敷料应用于PICC穿刺局部效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the soft silicone dressing in the PICC puncture moisturizing local clinical effects.Methods January 2010 to January 2011 in Sichuan provincial people＇s hospital,a total of 120 PICC catheter patients,according to the order of tubes divided into two groups（each 60 cases）,the experimental group after the catheter to be oppressed and use the soft cotton silicone moisturizing dressing in,the control group after the catheter to be transparent to the tampon applicator pressure.Results The experimental group better than the control group（P0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The soft silicone dressings applied PICC puncture local moisturizing work out fine,worthy of clinical application.
