106例老年糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能特点分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能特点在制定临床治疗方案中的指导意义。方法对就诊的106例老年糖尿病患者行口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)及C肽释放试验,测定各点血糖、C肽,并对结果进行分析。结果 C肽释放试验有5种不同类型:普通组5%,高峰延迟至120分组39%,高峰延迟至180分组13%,峰值低组32%,低平组17%。结论老年糖尿病患者胰岛β细胞功能存在不同程度缺陷,以C肽分泌峰值改变为主。Objective To investigate the directive significance in establishing the clinic therapeutic schemes of the elderly diabetes mellitus patients＇ pancreatic β-cells function.Methods One hundred and six elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were evaluated.All of them were underwent oral glucose tolerance test（OGTT） and c-peptide releasing test.To measure glucose and C-peptide at 30,60,120,180 minutes.Results All patients was divided into five types according to the C-peptide releasing test.5% patients were ordinary type.39% patients c-peptide releasing peak were postponed to 120min.13% patients C-peptide releasing peak were postponed to 180min.32% patients C-peptide releasing peak were relatively low.17% patients C-peptide releasing peak were flatness type.Conclusions There were different function defect in elderly diabetes mellitus patients.C-peptide releasing peak alterations were the main manifestation.
