腺苷蛋氨酸联用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗慢性病毒性肝炎并重度黄疸的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腺苷蛋氨酸联用多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗慢性病毒性肝炎并重度黄疸的疗效。方法将慢性病毒性肝炎并重度黄疸的患者随机均分为治疗组(腺苷蛋氨酸联用多烯磷脂酰胆碱组)、对照组(单用多烯磷脂酰胆碱组或腺苷蛋氨酸),其中多烯磷脂酰胆碱组为对照1组、腺苷蛋氨酸为对照2组。比较各组间的疗效及不良反应。结果各组治疗前后对照酶学指标,黄疸指标,白蛋白、凝血酶原活动度差异显著(P<0.001)。腺苷蛋氨酸组在总胆红素和直接胆红素复常率方面,优于多烯磷脂酰胆碱组(P<0.05)。腺苷蛋氨酸联用多烯磷脂酰胆碱组疗效明显优于单多烯磷脂酰胆碱组或腺苷蛋氨酸组(P<0.05或0.001)。结论腺苷蛋氨酸联用多烯磷脂酰胆碱是慢性病毒性肝炎并重度黄疸的一种安全、有效的治疗方案。Objective To observate the curative effect of treating the chronic toxic hepatitis and Severe jaundice with.S-adenosyl-L-ademethionine（SAMe） combine Polyene Phosphatidylcholine.Methods To divide equally and randomly the chronic toxic hepatitis and the severejaundice patient for the treatment group（the group of S-adenosyl-L-ademethionine combine Polyene Phosphatidylcholine ）,the control group（the group of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine or the group of S-adenosyl-L-ademethionine）.In which the group of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine is the control groupI,the group of S-adenosyl-L-ademethionineis the control groupie.Then Compares the efficacy and adverse reactions between each group.Results Compareing with before treatment,After treatment the difference of the Zymology target,Jaundice target,Albumin,Zymoplasm original activity is remarkable（P0.001）.In the aspect of TBil and DBil Recovery rate,the group of S-adenosyl-L-ademethionineis Superior to the group of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine（P0.05）.In curative effect aspect,the group of S-adenosyl-L-ademethionine combine Polyene Phosphatidylcholineis Obviously Superior to the group of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine or the group of S-adenosyl-L-ademethionine.（P0.05 or 0.001）.Conclusion S-adenosyl-L-ademethionine combine Polyene Phosphatidylcholine is a kind of security,effective treatment plan to chronic toxic hepatitis and Severe jaundice.
