运用中医“治未病”思想指导围化疗期中药治疗

摘　　要：化疗是治疗多数恶性肿瘤的有效手段之一,但化疗药在使用的同时,亦不可避免会对机体产生不良反应,中医药防治化疗不良反应有其独到之处。"治未病"是中医预防医学思想的高度概括,在肿瘤病的预防、诊治方面具有重要的意义,将其运用于指导围绕化疗期三阶段的中药治疗,可以为临床实践提供一种新的思路。Chemotherapy is one of the effective therapeutic options of malignant tumour,but it produced toxicity and adverse effects.TCM has its special advantages on prevention and treatment with the side effects caused by chemotherapy.＂Disease prevention＂is a summary of thought of TCM preventive medicine,which plays an important role in prevention,diagnosis and treatment of cancer.Therefore,the thought of TCM ＂disease prevention＂would be applied to guide the TCM treantment in the three stages during the period of chemotherapy,that will provide a new strategy in clinical practice.
