摘　　要：目的:为药品不良反应(ADR)监测建立一个可控的管理系统,以确保其全面的工作质量。方法:应用经典的戴明环(PDCA)管理方法,使ADR监测工作程序化。结果:通过PDCA循环制定ADR监测标准工作制度、标准操作规程、考核其工作绩效,从而使其得到临床初步认可。结论:PDCA管理可用于提高ADR监测管理水平。Objective：To establish a controllable management system for adverse drug reaction （ADR） monitoring so as to ensure its quality. Methods：The ADR monitoring work was programmed by applying classical PDCA management.Results：By using PDCA cycle,the working system and standard operating procedures for ADR monitoring were set up and the performance of ADR monitoring was evaluated.It was proved acceptable in clinical use preliminarily. Conclusions：The PDCA management can be applied in the ADR monitoring.
