摘  要:针对目前国内瓷绝缘子的生产现状,设计了一套能够将铁帽、瓷件进行自动胶装的装备,并采用UG NX软件对其胶装过程进行了仿真,对其重要零部件进行了优化。该装备可以克服振动器的不利影响,能够保证瓷件和铁帽的胶装同轴度≤准1.4 mm,胶合剂孔隙率≤3%,胶装效率达到60件/h。该装备的设计和成功研制可国内为研究生产更高层次的瓷绝缘子提供有力的技术保障。Aiming at the current situation of porcelain insulator production in our country, the author has designed a set of equipment which could glue-bonding iron-hat and porcelain automatically. Based on UG NX, it has simulated the perfect binding process and optimized its important components. This equipment could overcome the negative impact of the vibrator, and the coaxial tolerance between porcelain and iron-hat can be guaranteed less than Ф1.4 mm while the porosity adhesives can be guaranteed no more than 3%, and the fitting-efficiency can up to 60 pieces an hour. The design and successful manufacture of this equipment can highly promote the amount and the quality of ultra-high voltage and high strength suspension disc insulator in our domestic, and give a powerful technical support for research and production of higher level porcelain insulator.
