摘　　要：通过对真空练泥在电瓷湿法(即可塑法)生产过程中所起的作用,介绍了电瓷行业湿法成型所用1 000型真空练泥机的工艺筒研制与应用、以及工艺筒对改善练泥质量所起的重要作用,并结合生产实际对新型工艺筒重要工艺参数的确定进行了分析。真空练泥的主要作用是破坏筒内挤制泥料的定向排列结构、改善泥料的致密度和均匀性,提高坯、瓷检合格率及产品的瓷质性能;真空练泥机的工艺筒有逐级压缩圆锥形套筒、鼓形套筒两种,使用时须采用与泥料性质相适应的机头和出泥嘴、并采用其适宜的组合形式及合理的长度、直径、锥角,才能得到均匀、致密、一定形状和尺寸的泥段。Through the effect of the vacuum squeezing machine （plastic method） inthe production of the porcelain, the research and application of the technology tube of Фb 1 000 vacuum pug mill Used in the wet shaping of electric porcelain industry and the key effect of technology tube on improving mud quality are introduced. The determining of important technology parameters of new technology tube is analyzed combined with actual production. Its main affection is not only to destroy the regular structure of the mush in the squeezing tube, but also to improve the density and regularity of the pug, so that the rate of the qualified product and the property of the porcelain is improved. There are two kinds of technology tubes： one is cone compressed tube one after another, the other is drum compressed tube. Before getting regular and dense mash, it must use suitable compressed tube, in which the length, the diameter and the angle of cone should be reasonable.
