干扰素-α1b联合口腔炎喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察重组人干扰素-α1b联合口腔炎喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及安全性。方法:将98例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。治疗组给予肌注重组人干扰素-α1b联合口腔炎喷雾剂;对照组给予肌注利巴韦林联合蒙脱石散。观察两组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为87.76%,对照组为63.27%,两组比较,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组在退热时间、开始进食时间及口腔溃疡愈合时间方面均优于对照组,两组比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01),未发现不良反应。结论:重组人干扰素-α1b联合口腔炎喷雾剂治疗小儿手足口病疗效确切,无不良反应。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Interferon-α1b combined with Stomatitis Spray in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children.Methods：98 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 49 patients.Children in treatment group were treated with Interferon-α1b combined with Stomatitis Spray.Children in control group were treated with Ribavirin combined with Smecta.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group（87.76%） was significantly better than that of the control group（63.27%）,and there was a significant difference between two groups（P0.01）.The defervescence time,the time of intake food and the disappearing time of mouth ulcers in the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,and there all were significant differences between two groups（all P0.01）.No adverse effects occurred.Conclusion：The combination of Interferon-α1b and Stomatitis Spray in the treatment of children with handfoot-mouth disease can improve the clinical effect,with no obvious side effects.
