不同护理流程对口腔种植患者影响分析

摘　　要：目的:研究两种不同护理流程对口腔种植的影响。方法:收集口腔种植患者140例,按照口腔种植护理流程的不同将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各70例,统计两种不同护理流程的种植成功率、患者满意度、护理工作效率。结果:在种植成功率方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而实验组患者的满意度和护理工作效率明显优于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:护理流程的完善与否对口腔种植有很大影响,其经验具有一定的推广价值。Objective：To study the effect of the two different processes of oral care on the oral implantology.Methods：140 patients were collected who were given oral implant.The patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group according to nursing procedure,and each group was comprised with 70 patients.The effect of the nursing processes on the success rate of implantation,the degree of patient satisfaction and nursing efficiency were analyzed.Results：The success rate of implantation of two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）,but the degree of patient satisfaction and the nursing efficiency of experiment group were significantly better than the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Nursing process is very important to the oral implantology and its experience is worth to clinical reference.
