摘　　要：目的:介绍药物超敏反应综合征的发病机制、临床特点及诊疗方法。方法:报道1例药物超敏反应综合征的发病原因、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗方法并进行文献复习。结果:本例患者应用激素治疗后症状迅速缓解,疗效显著。结论:药物超敏反应综合征是由感染和药物过敏引起的一种迟发型超敏反应,以发热、皮疹及多器官损害为特点。治疗关键在于早期停用致敏药物,早期应用激素,能取得较好疗效。Objective：To describes the pathogenesis of drug hypersensitivity syndrome,clinical features and treatment methods.Methods：Pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,laboratory findings,treatment methods,and literature review in one case of drug hypersensitivity syndrome were reported.Results：The application of hormone therapy patients quickly relieved symptoms,a significant effect.Conclusion：Drug hypersensitivity syndrome is caused by infection and drug allergy as a delayed-type hypersensitivity,and is characterized by fever,rash,multiple organ damage.The key is early treatment of disabled allergenic drugs,early application of hormones can achieve better effect.
