摘　　要：在国家战略层面的援藏工作推动下,西藏的城镇化建设迎来了"跨越式"发展。通过对特殊的城镇化模式与特色城镇需要的矛盾反思,结合历次援藏规划与设计实践,对西藏地区城镇建设在产业选择、城市格局、建筑风貌、用地开发等关键问题进行了探讨,以寻求具有地域特色的城镇规划与建设的最佳对策。Tibet is being urbanized with Great-leap-forward paces at the drive of the Chinese national strategic of Aid-Tibet.This self-reflection is based on the experiences of Aid-Tibet practices.It discusses the industry-choice,space layout,architectural style,land development and other key issues,to find the best strategy of urban planning and construction which is feasible and clime-characteristics for towns in Tibet.
