摘  要:目的观察臭氧联用透明质酸钠(均外科用药)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法住院病人178例,随机分为4组:单纯理疗组、单纯臭氧治疗组、单纯透明质酸钠治疗组和联合治疗组,同时给予补钙、保暖、适当功能锻炼等。其中联合治疗过程,先向关节腔内注射30μg.mL-1医用臭氧10~15 mL,每周注射1次,3次后使用透明质酸钠25 mg;5周为1个疗程。用SPSS13.0进行分析。结果研究人群有明显的功能改善;但治疗6,12个月比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Womac评分与视觉模拟VAS评分,治疗后3个月后联合用药组效果最好。结论医用臭氧联合透明质酸钠注射剂可明显缓解膝关节骨性关节炎的疼痛症状、改善膝关节活动功能。Objective To study the effects of ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients were selected and they were divided into four groups: simple physical therapy group,pure ozone group,pure sodium hyaluronate group and ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate group.Treatments of simple physical therapy,pure ozone,pure sodium hyaluronate and ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate were used to cure injections knee osteoarthritis.Meanwhile calcium,warmth and appropriate treatment such as functional exercise were given to the patients.During the combined treatment,10-15 mL medical ozone(30 μg·mL-1) were injected into knee,one time for one week,25 mg sodium hyaluronate were used after injecting ozone 3 times,one time for one week,5 weeks was called one course of treatment.Software SPSS13.0 was used to analyze the statistics.Results After follow-up,obvious functional improvement was appeared on the patients,but there is no statistical sense on the treatment between 6 months and 12 months(P0.05).Through the comparison between Womac and visual simulation by VAS,the combined group got the best affection after three months treatment.Conclusion The pain of osteoarthritis can be obviously mitigated by medical ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate injection and the function of knees can also be improved at the same time.
