产新德里金属-β-内酰胺酶耐药菌的相关文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的从文献计量学角度对国内外产新德里金属-β-内酰胺酶(NDM-1)相关文献进行分析。方法检索至今的Pubmed、Embase、CNKI、维普和万方数据库中NDM-1相关文献,对纳入研究的文献进行统计分析。结果纳入研究的文献共57篇。目前有超过20个国家或地区有撰文报道该耐药菌,相关病例报告主要集中在印度和欧洲部分国家。结论产NDM-1细菌全球流行趋势明显,国外已建立较为完善的监控体系并进行了初步研究。Objective To analysize the literature on New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase 1（NDM-1） in the world.Methods All publications about NDM-1 were collected from Pubmed,Embase,CNKI,cqvip and wanfangdata.The cut-off time is 2011.03.07.Bibliometrically analysis was performed according to the publication years,author addresses,agencys and things about case report.Results A total of 57 papers were included.Articles and media reports came from more than 20 countries or areas.Case report took place mainly in India and some areas in Europe.Conclusion NDM-1-positive bacteria was apparently wild spread in the world.Some countries built relatively perfect systematical control measures and began to research now.
