椎间孔镜联合低温等离子射频治疗颈腰综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮椎间孔镜联合低温等离子射频消融治疗颈腰综合征的近期疗效。方法 2009年5月至2010年5月应用经皮椎间孔镜联合低温等离子射频消融治疗颈腰综合征60例,其中男28例,女32例;年龄2877岁,平均39岁。并对患者的术前、术后即刻、1周日本骨科协会评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分及疼痛功能指数（2.0版本）评分进行了比较。结果 60例患者术后日本骨科协会评分较术前明显升高,视觉模拟疼痛评分和疼痛功能指数评分较术前明显降低,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Jo im ax椎间孔镜联合低温等离子射频消融术是治疗颈腰综合征的有效方法。Objective To investigate short term effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation in coexistence of cervical lumbar disc disease.Methods Comparison of JOA,VAS and Oswestry（version 2.0） score in lumbar disc herniation patients′ preoperative and postoperative from May 2009 to May 2010.Results Postoperative JOA score was significantly increased compared with preoperative（P〈0.05）;Postoperative VAS and Oswestry score decreased significantly compared with preoperative（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Coexistence of cervical lumbar disc disease was effectively treated with Joimax endoscopic discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation.
