摘 要:永平铜矿选矿厂采用中矿循序返回的铜硫混合浮选—铜硫分离浮选工艺流程,因中矿单体解离不充分而影响铜的回收。为此,采用中矿选择性分级再磨新工艺进行了旨在提高永平铜矿选铜回收率的实验室试验和工业试验。实验室试验结果表明,与原工艺相比,新工艺铜回收率可提高0.64个百分点,同时铜精矿品位可提高0.43个百分点;工业试验中新工艺铜回收率提高了0.89个百分点,铜精矿品位提高了0.38个百分点,证明了新工艺工业实施的可行性。The flow-sheet of copper-sulfide bulk flotation-copper-sulfide flotation separation and middlings returning in order in dressing plant of Yongping Copper Mine was carried out.The insufficient liberation of single mineral in middlings affects the recovery of copper.To this end,the laboratory tests and industrial tests were carried out to improve the recovery of copper in Yongping copper mine through the process of selective-classification regrinding of middlings.The lab tests indicated that compared with the original process,the new process increased copper recovery by 0.64%,and copper concentrate grade by 043%;In industrial tests,the copper recovery was increased by 0.89%,and copper grade improved by 0.38% by the new process.All these confirmed the feasibility of the new process in industrial implementation.
