摘 要:湖南某铅锌尾矿中主要矿物为可浮性相近的萤石和重晶石。为回收该尾矿中的萤石,以水玻璃、硫酸铝和栲胶为重晶石及其他脉石矿物的抑制剂,以油酸钠为萤石的捕收剂,通过1次粗选、1次扫选、4次精选闭路浮选,实现了萤石和重晶石的有效分离,获得了CaF2品位为95.06%、CaF2回收率达96.58%的萤石精矿。A Lead-zinc tailing of Hunan has a high content of fluorite and barite with similar floatability.In order to recover the fluorite from tailings,an effective separation between fluorite and barite was realized through the closed-circuit process of one roughing,one scavenging and four cleaning with water glass,aluminum sulfate,and tannin as inhibitors of barite and other gangue minerals,and sodium oleate as collector of fluorite.In the process,the fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 95.06% and CaF2 recovery rate 96.58% was obtained.
