摘  要:以火山岩、粉煤灰、炉底渣等工业固体废弃物为原料,通过添加一些添加剂,采用压制成型方法,制备了高性能的墙砖。采用XRD、SEM测试技术分别对样品的相组成和显微结构进行了分析,并测量了样品的吸水率、气孔率、体积密度及抗压强度。结果表明,经合理烧结后的样品的主晶相为钙长石、蓝晶石、高岭土、钠长石、氧化铁、硅酸钙。主晶相晶体呈粒状、针棒状、板条状交织排列,气孔均布于样品中。分析表明样品的气孔率达24%~42%,吸水率达16%~27%,体积密度达1.55~1.57 g/cm3,抗压强度达25~103 MPa,符合国标GB13544-2000标准。The volcanic brick was prepared with some solid wastes such as volcanic rock, fly ash, bottom slag and so on by using the semi-dry pressing technology. Some additives were used to improve the properties. The phase compositions and mierostructures were characterized by XRD and SEM. The water absorption, porosity, bulk density and compressive strength were measured. The results showed that the main crystalline phases are CaAl2Si2O8, Al2SiO5, Al2Si2O5 (OH) 4, Na(Si3Al) Os, Fe2O3, CaSiO3, and they interlace as granular, small rod like crystals and strips. The pores disperse uniformly in the samples. Analysis shows that the porosity is about 24% -42%, water absorption is about 16% -27%, bulk density is about 1.55-1.57 g/cm3, compressive strength is about 25-103 MPa.
