烷基双胺和烷基单胺微波插层四钛酸材料的结构性能研究

摘  要:将K2CO3和TiO2高温固相法合成K2Ti4O9,酸化后得到H2Ti4O9,在微波辅助作用下进行烷基双胺H2N(CH2)nNH2(n=4,8,12)和烷基单胺n-CnH2n+1NH2(n=4,8,12)的插层反应,制得了烷基双胺和单胺柱撑的层状复合材料,采用IR、SEM、XRD和元素分析仪对材料进行了表征,并比较了烷基双胺和单胺柱撑机理和不同碳链长度对层间距的影响。结果表明:双胺插层材料中烷基胺在层间以单层排列,而单胺插层材料中烷基胺则以类似双分子层形式排列,并且复合材料的层间距都是随着碳链长度的增长而增大的。The solid phase reaction between K2CO3 and TiO2 was used to prepare the precursor K2Ti4O9. H2Ti4O9 was obtained by ion-exchange of potassium ions with an acidic solution . The intercalation compounds was obtained by the intercalati on of H2N( CH2 ) nNH2 ( n = 4, 8, 12) and n-CnH2nNH2 ( n = 4, 8, 12)under microwave irradiation. The structure of the resuhingmaterials was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD)', SEM and IR spectroscopy. The results indicate that the interlayer alkylchains are arranged in onelayer for the n-alkyldiamines titanate but the n-alkylamines titanate is bilayer and the basal spacings of intercalated compounds increase with increasing carbon number.
