摘　　要：知识管理和竞争情报正在成为21世纪提升企业竞争力的重要竞争手段和管理工具,二者具有良好的互动关系已得到学界的广泛共识。本文在竞争情报流五个环节过程中融入知识管理技术,构建了基于知识管理的竞争情报系统功能模型。Knowledge management and competitive intelligence is becoming an important competition means and management tools for promoting enterprise competitiveness in 21st century.The two has a good interaction relationship with the broad academic consensus.This articl took knowledge management into five phases of competitive intelligence process and constructs competitive intelligence system function model based on knowledge management.
