刺五加注射液对肢体缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的检测刺五加注射液在临床上对肢体缺血再灌注损伤是否有保护作用。方法将48例择期下肢手术的患者,随机分成对照组和用药组,用药组在上止血带前30min静滴生理盐水加刺五加注射液,对照组在上止血带前30min静滴同量的生理盐水,均于20min内滴完,在止血带充气前（T0）,止血带放气后0~1min（T1）、30min（T2）于患肢各抽取静脉血,检测血清肌酸激酶（CK）和丙二醛（MDA）变化。结果刺五加注射液能使止血带引起的肢体缺血再灌注后的血清CK、MDA值较对照组明显降低。结论刺五加注射液对止血带引起的肢体缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。Objective To study the clinical effects of acanthopanx injection on ischemia and reperfusion injury of the limbs.Methods 48 patients who were about to do operation on their lower limbs were randomly divided into two groups： comparision group and acanthopanx injection group.In 30 minutes before operation,the following kinds of injection were mainlined： physiological saline added in acanthopanx injection in acanthopanx injection group,and physiological saline much the same in comparision group.The venous blood were phlebotomized to assay the CK、MDA before the tourniquet inflated（T0）,and 0~1 min（T1）,30 min（T2） after the tourniquet deflated.Results The result showed that the CK and MDA were much lower in acanthopanx injection group than comparision group.Conclusion This result suggests that acanthopanx injection has a protective effect on ischemia and reperfusion injury of the limbs.
