摘　　要：目的回顾性分析指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指末节部分皮肤缺损方法和疗效。方法根据手指皮肤的血供特点,于手指近节尺侧或桡侧设计皮瓣,轴心线与手指纵轴平行。2009年1—12月将16例患者共21指末节部分缺损病例,应用该手术方式治疗。结果皮瓣均成活,随访6~12个月,平均8.2个月,修复后的手指末端外形良好,质地柔软,耐磨。结论此手术方式简单,可一次完成,术后并发症少,可早期进行功能锻炼,是一种修复手指末节部分缺损的好方法。Objective To analyze the effect of repair distal digital partial defect of skin by a reversed island flap with the proper digital arteries.Methods Based on the feature of finger skin in blood supply,the flap was designed on the ulnar or ridius of the proximal phalanx whose axis was paralleled to the longitudinal axis of the finger.From January 2009 to December 2009,21 fingers with distal digital partial defect out of 16 cases were repaired by this method.Results All flaps survived completely.The patients were followed up for 6～12 months,with an average of 8.2 months.The fingers had good appearance,soft texture with wear-resisting.Conclusions The operation can be done at one setting with a rare complication.The patients can carry early rehabilitation exercise.It is a simple and reliable method to repair digital defect.
