摘　　要：邯郸矿业集团陶二煤矿2212工作面属于煤与瓦斯突出危险区域,随着采深的增加,工作面集中应力增大,煤层及顶板被挤压,出现破碎、松散和局部漏顶现象。经过对该工作面的现场调研,决定对未采动区域采取由上巷向工作面打设长距离钻孔进行预注浆加固充填的措施来解决工作面漏顶等问题。工作面共设计5个长距离钻孔,共注浆18 t,有效控制30 m范围内的顶板破碎,保证了安全生产的顺利进行。2212 work face of Taoer Coal Mine of the Handan Mining Group belongs to the danger zone that gas outburst may happen,with the increasing of the mining depth and the accretion of the work face＇s concentrated stress,the coal bed and roof are squeezed and crushed,friable and some parts become leaky roof.After the site investigation on this work face,a long hole from the top lane to the work face on the none mining area was digged,by use the pre-grouting filling technology,the issues of the broken and leak of the roof and some other questions have been solved.By drilling 5 long distance holes,and grouting 18 t to parts of the broken roof on the work face,the roof breakage section within the scope of 30 m was controlled efficiently.Ensured the smoothly proceeding of the production.
