摘  要:加热温度是热轧工艺控制中的一项关键指标,不同钢种对加热温度的要求是不同的,因此,轧制计划的编排难度大,制约了轧制计划单重以及热送热装水平的提高。本文针对1880mm热轧线轧制计划编排进行优化,采用不同钢种进行交叉编排,并根据加热时间确定合适的交叉比,达到提高轧制计划单重和热送热装水平的目的。Heating temperature is a key indicator in hot rolling process control. For different steel grades, the requirements of heating temperature are different, which induces more difficulties in hot rolling planning scheduling and restricts the rolling planning unit weight as well as the level of HCR increase. In this paper, the hot rolling planning scheduling of 1880mm hot mill by using the cross-scheduling among different kinds of steel was optimized, and the appropriate cross-ratio according to the heating time was determined. The aims of increasing greater rolling planning unit weight and HCR level were obtained.
