思密达联合宝乐安治疗小儿急性腹泻临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察思密达和宝乐安联合治疗小儿急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法选择急性腹泻患儿98例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各49例,试验组在一般治疗基础上给予思密达、宝乐安治疗,对照组在一般治疗基础上给予思密达治疗,比较治疗后两组疗效。结果试验组显效率77.6%,有效率20.4%,总有效率98%;对照组显效率55.1%,有效率22.4%,总有效率77.5%。两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论思密达联合宝乐安治疗小儿急性腹泻明显优于单用思密达治疗。Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of smecta combined with Baolean power in treatment of acute children diarrhea.Methods Selected children with acute diarrhea in 98 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,49 patients in the experimental group on the basis of general treatment given smecta and Baolean power treatment or control group based on the general treatment given smecta treatment.The curative effects of these groups were compared.Results in the experimental group the obvious effectiveness rate and total effectiveness rate were 77.6% and 98%,while in the control group 55.1% and 77.5%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of smecta combined with Baolean power treating acute children diarrhea is better than that of smecta alone.
