摘　　要：目的总结第五轮河南省全球基金疟疾项目实施情况,为制定河南省疟疾防治规划和措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理2006～2010年各项目县疟疾防治工作资料,汇总分析。结果四年共治疗疟疾病人和疑似疟疾病人41452人次,主动病例侦查480次,疫点处理200次,各级项目督导11791次。结论项目的实施推进了疟防工作的开展。Objective To summarize the global fund to Fight AIDS,Tuberculosis,and Malaria in Henan district and provide scientific evidence for Henan to establish a program and measures for malaria prevention and control.Methods Data on malaria prevention work in 15 counties during 2006～2010 were collected and analyzed,measures and effects of malaria control were evaluated.Results During 2006-2010,totally 41452 malaria cases had been treated;480 active case detections,200IRS,11791ME activities had been conducted.Conclusion Works of malaria control are developed by carrying of the program.
