PEG浸老化种子对茎瘤芥幼苗叶片抗氧化系统的影响  

Effect of Soaking Aged Seeds with PEG on the Antioxidant Defense System in Tumorous Stem Mustard Seedling Leaves

摘  要:以茎瘤芥老化种子为材料,使用不同浓度PEG 6000(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%),以不同的处理时间(4、8、12 h)浸种处理茎瘤芥老化种子,研究PEG 6000浸老化种子对茎瘤芥幼苗叶片抗氧化生理指标的影响。结果表明:30%PEG 6000浸种处理老化种子8 h,其幼苗叶片过氧化氢酶活性、过氧化物酶活性均增幅最大,游离脯氨酸含量降幅最大,且均与对照呈极显著差异。After the aged seeds of tumorous stem mustard had been soaked with PEG 6000 (5%, 10%, 15%, 20% ,25% ,25%, 30%, 35% ) for 4,8,12 hours respectively, effects of soaking seeds with PEG 6000 on seedling antioxidant pysiological indexes were studied. The catalase and peroxidase of tumorous stem mustard seedling leaves were significantly increased while the free praline was significantly decreased that being soaked with 30% PEG 6000 for 8 huors of which the increasing amplitude or decreasing amplitude were all the biggest and the effects were all the best among all treatments with very obvious diffenerces between the pysiological indexes and the correspoding controls.
