摘 要:针对复合材料蜂窝夹芯含损及修补结构,应用渐进损伤分析方法,在验证铝蜂窝渐进损伤方法有效性的基础上,分析含穿透损伤的复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构在拉伸载荷下的失效形式与剩余强度,并进一步研究其修补结构,发现采用双面非加衬挖补修补的修理方法可以恢复结构的大部分承载能力,从而为复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构修理容限的制定提供参考。For the composite honeycomb sandwich structure with penetrated damage and the repaired sandwich structure, we first verified the validity of the progressive damage analysis method which is used in this paper for metallic honeycomb sandwich structure by contrasting computational results to experimental results. We analysed the failure modes and residual strength of composite honeycomb sandwich structure with penetrated damage which is under tension load. In addition, we studied the repaired structure, and it is concluded that the double scarf joint repaired structure can restore most of the capability for bearing the load. The result is useful for the establishment of the repair tolerance for composite honeycomb sandwich structure.
