摘 要:内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)弱磁高速运行时,逆变器开关管的信号突然消失会导致电动机系统处在不可控发电运行状态。此时,逆变器的续流二极管组成不可控整流桥,电流由电机通过整流桥整流,然后流向直流侧电池。文章首先建立了系统的数学模型,然后通过对系统运行过程进行仿真分析,求得电池吸收能量值和整个过程反馈能量值。接着,为避免不可控发电对电池、电机、逆变器以及其它系统组成部分的损害和有效地对电池进行充电,对电路提出了改进措施。Aim. The introduction of the full paper reviews Refs. 2 through 7 and then, with the help of Fig. 1, proposes our effective method for dealing with the sudden losses of drive signals by inverter switches of IPMSM system during field-weakening high-speed operation. Sections 1 and 3 explain our effective method. Section 1 is entitled the simplified mathematical model of uncontrolled generation (UCG) ; Section 2 is entitled the simulation results of UCG transient process and their analysis; Section3 is entitled the improvements of UCG system. Fig. 3 gives the simulation model of UCG; Figs. 4 through 7 present the simulation results and give the feedback power obtained throughout the transient process; Figs. 8 through 11 propose the circuit improvements for effectively charging the battery and avoiding as much as possible the destruction risks of battery, motor, inverter and other relevant components during UCG.
