基于熵值法的甘肃省循环经济发展综合评价和特征分析

摘　　要：循环经济倡导经济发展与生态环境相和谐的科学理念,是现代社会走可持续发展道路的必然选择.甘肃省在循环经济的发展中取得了阶段性成果,也存在一些需要解决的问题.循环经济的发展是一个逐步推动和持续改进的过程,因此,需要认真总结循环经济发展的经验教训,这不仅对今后甘肃省循环经济的发展有十分重要的意义,对西部其他地区乃至全国也具有参考价值.为此,通过建立循环经济的评价指标体系,运用熵值法确定指标权重系数,对2003年-2009年甘肃省循环经济发展状况进行综合评价,在此基础上提出甘肃省循环经济发展中存在的问题及对策.Promote economic development of circular economy in harmony with the environment of scientific philosophy is the inevitable path of sustainable development options in modern society. Gansu Province in the development of circular economy has achieved initial achievements, there are also some problems need to be solved. Development of circular economy is a gradual and continuous process, therefore, need to summing up the experience of circular economy development, not only for the future development of Gansu Province has great significance but also for the country also has other reference value. Therefore, his article through the establishment of circular economy evaluation index system, using the entropy value method to determine the weight coefficient of index form 2003 to 2009, the state of development of ciucular economy in Gansu province comprehensive evaluation, and based on this, puts forward the circular economy development problems and solutions.
