浙江省海洋产业就业效应的实证分析

摘　　要：海洋产业已成为目前浙江省扩大就业的主要领域。以浙江省的数据为基础,综合运用统计学、经济学、管理学的各种方法与理论,结合浙江海洋产业结构的实际情况,分析浙江海洋产业所占GDP比重和就业比重变化,考量浙江海洋产业的劳动生产率;在阐明浙江海洋产业发展和劳动就业现状的基础上,运用计量分析的方法,对海洋产业发展中的劳动就业贡献率及其对劳动力的吸纳能力进行了分析预测,指出海洋产业是浙江省吸纳就业的主力,并提出了相关的政策建议。Marine industry has become a main domain in expanding employment of Zhejiang.This article analyses the GDP proportion of Zhejiang marine industry and change of employment proportion and evaluates labor productivity of Zhejiang marine industry on the basis of data of Zhejiang by comprehensively using methods and theories including statistics,economics and management and combining practical situation of industrial structure of Zhejiang ocean;analyses and forecasts rate of contribution of employment and absorptive capability for labor forces in the development of marine industry on the basis of illustrating the status quo of development and employment of Zhejiang marine industry by quantitative analysis;points out that marine industry should be the main force of Zhejiang to absorb employment and raises relevant political suggestions.
