摘 要:为成功设计出一款全地形铰接履带运输车,对其悬挂装置的扭杆弹簧进行研究。由使用材料的剪切强度和疲劳强度确定了扭杆弹簧工作直径,介绍了该车扭杆弹簧端部和过渡段的形式及设计方法,并对已确定的扭杆弹簧的结构尺寸进行整车的动力性能和缓冲性能验证。结果表明:所确定的扭杆弹簧的结构满足材料的强度可靠性和耐久性要求及满足整车动力性能和缓冲性能的要求,并为类似车辆扭杆弹簧的研究提供参考。In order to successfully design one kind all-terrain articulated crawler transporter,the torsion bar spring,which is the elastic element of suspension system,has bee studied.The working diameter of torsion bar spring is determined by shear and fatigue strengths of the material to be used.The form and design method at the end portion and changeover section of the torsion bar spring is introduced.Both the dynamic and buffer performance of whole vehicle are checked following to torsion bar spring structure dimension ascertained.It is indicated that the determined torsion bar spring structure can meet the requirements of strength reliability and durability as well as the requirements of the dynamic and buffer performance for whole vehicle.It has provided the reference for torsion bar spring study of the similar vehicles.
