摘  要:提出了以凸轮机构从动件的无量纲加速度曲线作为基底曲线,并划分9段时间区间的通用运动曲线模型,其中六段为加速度变化的时间区间,由任意单调形状函数表示。在形状函数曲线合成研究的基础上提出配合形状函数概念,对模型每个区间运动曲线之间的合成进行分析,获得连续且光滑的加速度合成曲线,并且求出各区间的通用运动曲线方程,满足高速凸轮机构从动件运动规律设计。通过该模型,设计者可通过调整间隔的时间区间来控制曲线整体形状,也可以选择区间的函数类型来改变曲线的局部形状。An universal motion curve model that the non-dimension acceleration curve of follower of cam mechanism is taken as basic curve and divided into nine time intervals,of which six intervals are acceleration-varying intervals and can be expressed by monotone shape functions.The conjugate shape function concept is proposed based on comprehensive research of shape function curve.After that,by analyzing the synthesis among motion curves at each interval in the model,a continuous and smooth acceleration synthesis curve can be obtained,and the universal motion curve equation of each interval can be solved,satisfying the request of high speed cam mechanism design.By using the model in this paper,the designer can not only control the shape of entire curve by changing time value of intervals,but also change partial shape of the curve by choosing different types of shape functions for each interval.
