摘　　要：本文以石化行业生产装置实时数据采集为基础信息,通过配置实时位号的各项相关参数,经过一系列的算法分析来判断监测的位号是否异常,根据位号异常的不同判断条件报出位号异常信息的内容,对于相同装置、相同RDI接口的位号,可以对报同类信息的内容进行整理,将处理过的异常信息以短信等方式通知相关维护人员。本文重点阐述了实时位号异常的确定及实现的过程,软件设计灵活,结构性强,功能明确,现已投入运行,为系统维护人员提供了快捷有力的实时参考依据。By taking the real-time data collecting from the production unit in the petrochemical industry as a fundamental information,through the allocation of the various relevant reference to the real time itemized equipment,a judgement of whether the situation of the mornitored itemized equipment is abnormal or not is coming out after a series of calculation analysis.With different judging conditions versus the itemized equipment＇s abnormal situation,an abnormal detailed content of the mornitored itemized equipment will be reported.To those items from the same unit and having the same RDI connections,similar contents may be sorted out and the sorted abnormal information will be messaged to the maintenance people.This article mainly focuses on the abnormal situation defining and its process of the realization on the real-time itemized equipment.This software is functional and with a flexible design,and has been put into practice,providing a quick and powerful real-time reference basis for the system maintenance of the production unit.
