摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在肾内科药物治疗中的作用。方法:选取肾内科临床药师协助医师选用抗菌药物、诊断药源性疾病、关注药物相互作用对疗效的影响等典型案例4例进行分析。结果与结论:临床药师参与药物治疗,能提高医疗质量。临床药师将药学与医学知识融合能促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacist in the drug therapy in nephrology department. METHODS： 4 typical cases of clinical pharmacists of nephrology department assisting physicians in choosing antibacterial, diagnosing drug-induced disease and concerning about effect of drug interaction on clinical efficacy were analyzed. RESULTS＆CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists participating drug therapy could improve medical quality. Rational drug use in the clinic could be improved by clinical pharmacists integrating pharmacy and medical knowledge.
