摘  要:圆筒内旋转细长管是石油钻采工程中特有结构,细长管不仅与圆筒发生碰撞接触,还与管内流体和管外环空流体耦合,是一个复杂的非线性流固耦合系统。细长管固体域离散成梁单元,采用非线性碰撞接触动力学方程描述;管内外流体离散成六面体单元,采用计算流体动力学方程描述,在耦合界面处用任意拉格朗日欧拉法动网格来处理运动界面。根据梁单元位移形函数,推导了界面力、界面位移计算公式和收敛准则,建立了分域耦合动力学模型和数值计算方法,解决了耦合界面处网格不匹配问题。数值结果表明,圆筒内旋转细长管与管内外流体表现出强烈的流固耦合现象。Rotary slender pipe in cylinder is a special structure in the oil engineering.It contacts with the outer cylinder,and interacts with its inner pipe fluid and outer annular fluid.It's a complex system of nonlinear fluid-structure interaction.In the paper,the slender pipe is discreted to beam elements along axial line,and described as nolinear kinetic equations of impact contact.The fluids are discreted to hexahedron elements,and described as CFD equations.The ALE method is used to track kinetic interface.Based on the shape functions of beam element,force and displacement interpolation between non-matching meshes at interface is derived.The partitioned coupled dynamic model and numerical method are established.Numerical results show that the rotary slender pipe with its fluids has a strong coupled phenomenon.
