摘 要:采用复合电沉积方法制备了TiO2/泡沫镍光催化材料,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散谱(EDS)分别对纳米复合镀层进行了形貌和成分表征,同时研究了在镀液中添加不同表面活性剂对光催化材料镀层的影响。讨论了TiO2/泡沫镍光催化材料对大肠杆菌和小球藻的光催化活性。结果表明:在本实验的电沉积工艺条件下,泡沫镍基底上获得了微粒分布均匀、Ti的质量分数为5.97%的纳米TiO2-Ni复合沉积层。添加了阴离子表面活性剂的光催化材料表面TiO2颗粒具有良好的分散性。TiO2/泡沫镍光催化材料处理含大肠杆菌水样,反应30 min灭活率达到60.1%,反应2 h灭活率达到99.9%;处理水中的小球藻溶液,初始3 h内,小球藻溶液中所含叶绿素a从初始的98.2 mg/m3降至38.2 mg/m3。Foam Ni/TiO2 nano composite coatings were prepared by composite electrodepositon from Watts bath containing nanosized TiO2 particles.The surface morphologies of the composite coatings were characterized by scanning electronic microscopy(SEM).The composition of the coatings was analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The effect of adding surfactant in the plating solution on the composite coatings was also studied.The photocatalytic activity of the foam Ni/TiO2 nano composite coatings on colibacillus and chlorella was discussed.The results showed that the appearance of coatings was fine and the amount of weight percentage of Ti in the coatings reached 5.97%.The foam Ni/TiO2 nano composite coatings with added anionic surfactant were finely dispered.The inactivation ratio of the aqueous sample containing colibacillus by the composite coatings reached 60.1% and 99.9% after 30 min and 60 min respectively.When the aqueous sample containing chlorella was treated with the composite coatings,the content of chlorophyll-a decreased from 98.2 mg/m3 to 38.2 mg/m3 within 3 h.The coatings exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity.
